38-year-old patient, one year after breast augmentation with submuscular, Sientra moderate plus profile 305 cc right and 355 cc left

37-year-old, one year after a mommy makeover consisting of breast augmentation with 305 cc moderate plus profile Sientra implants and a full tummy tuck with hernia repair.

22-year-old, one year after breast augmentation, consisting of 300 cc moderate profile Sientra implants.  Submuscular position.

42-year-old, very muscular patient, one year after breast augmentation.   The implants are 255 cc, moderate-profile, submuscular.

A 39-year-old patient one year after breast augmentation.   The implants are 210 cc, moderate profile, on the right and 175 cc, low plus profile, on the left.   Varying profile implants were used to compensate for her chest wall asymmetry, adding more projection and volume to the right side.

42-year-old patient who had a mommy makeover consisting of implant replacement, a tummy tuck, and abdomen and upper hip liposuction (lipoabdominoplasty).   The removed saline implants (485 cc) were replaced with smaller silicone implants (300 cc) to improve body balance.

A 32-year-old patient one year after breast augmentation.   Also included is the result obtained one day after surgery.  As is typical for Dr. Yates’ breast augmentation patients, she required no narcotic pain medications.   The implants are Sientra 300 cc, moderate-profile HSC+.

41-year-old patient who desired new, fuller implants.   The old implants were 415 cc High-profile Sientra implants that were positioned slightly too high.   Repositioning new implants improved breast balance.   The new implants are 585 cc Mentor High Profile Boost implants.

19-year-old breast augmentation one-year results.  The implants are Sientra Moderate profile HSC+, 300 cc on the right and 320 cc on the left.   She had a constricted breast base, and this less projecting, fuller style of implant improved the shape considerably

33-year-old breast augmentation one-year results.   Implants 300 cc High Profile, Sientra HSC+.   The HSC+ is a firmer, “gummy” version of the implant for more upper pole roundness and often less rippling.
