The patient is a 40-year-old female who had saline breast augmentation and an anchor scar lifted elsewhere 13 years ago.  The implants were saline 330 cc Allergan.  She had spontaneous deflation of the right side soon before presenting to Dr. Yates.  We discussed many options, including simply removing implants, replacing
