The patient is a 40-year-old female who had saline breast augmentation and an anchor scar lifted elsewhere 13 years ago.   The implants were saline 330 cc Allergan.   She had spontaneous deflation of the right side soon before presenting to Dr. Yates.   We discussed many options, including simply removing implants, replacing

This 49-year-old patient was interested in implant removal.   The implants were 23 years old and she was having occasional pains and widening of implant position with working out.  She wasn’t interested in new implants.  She had implant removal without capsulectomy and is happy that she didn’t have too much skin
