The patient is a 57-year-old female with a longstanding history of breast implants.   She had the implants shown in the before side of the photos for the past 13 years, and they developed capsular contracture nearly immediately.   With over a decade of contracture, the stress on the implants caused the

36-year-old female who had subpectoral augmentation years ago.   Over time, the 285 cc implants bottomed out and slipped to a largely subglandular position.   We changed back to the submuscular position and supported new 325 cc moderate plus profile implants to a new and higher capsule position with Durasorb mesh soft

56 year old with subglandular breast augmentation done elsewhere 15 years prior.   She felt too large and droopy and desired implant removal and a lift.   During surgery, we found her right style 15 533 cc Allergan implant to be ruptured, with the left intact.   She is shown one year after

45 year old before and one year after breast implant position revision and new implants, a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction.

38 year old before and one year after removing 300 cc style 20 Allergan implants and replacing 400 cc Xtra High Profile Mentor implants with a breast lift and full abdominoplasty.   Her lollipop breast lift scars have healed almost invisibly.  

29-year-old before and one year after breast augmentation redo with removal of bilateral 575 cc moderate profile saline implants (fully deflated on the right) and replacement with 580 cc Mentor Xtra High Profile implants.   The implant pockets were modified to create closer cleavage as well.

40 year old before and one year after mommy makeover consisting of breast implant revision, breast lift, full tummy tuck and upper hip liposuction.   The previous 13 year old implants were repositioned higher and closer, surprisingly the left side was found to be ruptured.   New slightly larger and more cohesive

36-year-old female.   Breast augmentation revision with elevation of the implant pockets, removal of older generation style 15 Allergan implant which was rippling, and replacement of more cohesive implant style.   In this case, I chose 440 cc Sientra HSC+ HP implants.   She also had mastopexy and a full tummy tuck.   

40-year-old female who had breast implant exchange and pocket modification as well as a full tummy tuck.   The implant positions were supported by lower capsule tightening and slightly larger saline implants were placed.   There was a drastic change in abdomen shape with diastasis repair and skin removal.

45-year-old patient with a left-sided saline implant rupture.   She had implant exchange for new saline implants.
