38-year-old patient 9 months after breast augmentation with submuscular Motiva 285 cc ERSD, Ergonomix, Demi profile implants.   She was borderline for a lift and preferred a mild droop over the scars of a lift, and is very happy with her decision not to do a lift at this time.
