28-year-old patient shown one day after Preservé breast augmentation with Motiva 205 cc ERSM implants. Preservé is a specialized minimally invasive breast augmentation technique using specific minimally invasive tools in the creation of the implant pocket. This technique generally allows for an easier recovery with less downtime. Additionally, because of the tissue preservation nature of the procedure, the implant can be expected to have better long term support. This patient is shown on day one, which is often quite high, firm, and tight with the preserve method and will soften over the coming weeks. We will update her photos with progress.
