Case Details
44 year old with left breast capsular contracture and right implant malposition. I performed implant repositioning with an elevation of the right and capsulectomy and lowering on the left. Strattice soft tissue support was added as she had recurrent capsular contracture and a rather difficult situation. She also chose to go larger which I had some concerns about given the additional weight of the implants. She went from 650 cc to 800 cc SCX Inspira implants. She is shown a year after surgery and the implants have remained in good position and soft.
