60-year-old female who had a tough go with implants in the past. I first met her at the “before” stage of these photos. Elsewhere, she had a breast augmentation with subglandular implants complicated by capsular contracture. She had capsulectomy and her implants removed elsewhere, a year before her presentation to me. She was noted to have severe scar deformity on both breasts and very thin breast tissue. I performed breast augmentation with 470 cc HP Sientra implants as well as fat transfer using abdomen fat to help fill the areas of scar contracture. The after photos are at one year and are incredible if I do say so myself. This result exceeded my expectations.
