Case Details
43-year-old patient, one year after complex breast lift and tummy tuck.  The breast was complicated due to the very inelastic support of the breast and a very low nipple position.  The abdomen had multiple prior exploratory surgeries with internal and extenral scar.  The tummy tuck was a fleur-de-lis pattern abdominoplasty with a vertical scar obliquely placed on the abdomen to capture and remove as much of the previous scar as possible while maintaining critical blood supply.  VERY difficult case, but we are quite pleased with the outcome, as is she.
