42-year-old female, one year after implant revision with removal of 360 cc saline implants, pocket modification for improved implant support and position, replacement with 470 cc high-profile Sientra silicone implants.

42-year-old patient who had a mommy makeover consisting of implant replacement, a tummy tuck, and abdomen and upper hip liposuction (lipoabdominoplasty).   The removed saline implants (485 cc) were replaced with smaller silicone implants (300 cc) to improve body balance.
