Description: 41 year old female presented after 95 lb weight loss. Photos are before and one year after inner thigh lift and liposuction of the inner and outer thighs followed by tummy tuck soon thereafter. The lower vertical scar is an umbilical opening scar in the skin where the belly button had previously been located. Most typically this scar is not necessary. Risk factors for needing this scar are a high belly button position and fairly tight upper abdomen skin.
