Description: 38 year old female before and 3 weeks after breast augmentation. She is 5’9”/ 180 lbs. We chose Sientra tear drop “gummy bear” classic base moderate profile 450 cc implants. She was borderline for a lift and had suitable coverage so a subglandular placement was used to provide maximal lift to the tissue. Inframammary crease scar.
