Description: 29 year old female before and 3 months after breast augmentation. She would have benefited from a formal breast lift but was very concerned about the scars of a lift and was more inclined to do implants alone. We used style 410 Natrelle 475 cc implants in the subglandular position. She is very happy at this point that she did not have a lift. She reports she went from a C cup to a DD cup.
