Description: Before and 3 month after breast augmentation. She was noted to have deficiency of the lower pole with tight lower breast skin. This required a narrow implant diameter to prevent double bubble deformity. We also discussed a lift as a method of raising the nipple position. She opted for implants alone and got a nice result without the scars associated with a lift. The implants were 250 cc round silicone. The scar is in the crease. She reports she went from an A to a C cup.
