Description: 38 year old female who had breast augmentation 7 years ago with 650 cc saline implants. Desires smaller implants, improved rippling and a less heavy look as well as abdominoplasty. She is shown before and one year after removal of 650 cc saline implants, tightening of the implant pocket to fit a smaller implant and replacement with 545 cc high profile silicone implants as well as abdominoplasty.
