Description: 21 year old before and one year after breast augmentation using submuscular Sientra implants. On the right this was a 385 cc moderate plus profile implant and on the left a 415 cc high profile implant. Although difficult to see on the photos the right chest wall has more projection which is the reason for separate profile implant placement on each side. She reports much improved symmetry and went from a B to a DD cup.
