This patient is a 67 year old female who has had implants for 22 years. She desired implant removal because they were simply too large and she didn’t like the fake look of upper fullness any longer. She was nervous about going back entirely to her natural size and elected for fat grafting at the same time. The implants removed were intact 300 cc and the fat grafted was 175 cc per side. She is very happy with her new size and shape.
