Case Details

The patient is a 58-year-old female who is shown before and one year after augmentation mastopexy.   She had a significant degree of asymmetry, and in addition to a lift, we did aggressive left lower pole breast reduction through the incisions of the lift.   She didn’t desire to be much larger but wanted more upper fullness, so a conservative implant was chosen.   These were 220 cc low-profile Sientra implants.
