Description: 41 year old female before and after mommy makeover with breast augmentation and drainless tummy tuck. For implants we chose Sientra moderate plus profile 355 cc HSC+ implants. The HSC+ are cohesive, or “gummy” implants, often chosen by Dr. Yates for patients who want more upper fullness or are at higher risk of rippling.
