Description: before and one year after breast reduction. She had significant back problems associated with her very large breasts and is happy to report she went from an H cup to a C cup after breast reduction. The technique was an anchor scar pattern with the supply to the nipple coming from above (superiomedial pedicle). 800 gm of breast tissue were removed from each side.
