Description: 21 year old female before and one year after breast augmentation and lift for severe breast asymmetry. To achieve improved symmetry we performed a reduction and lift of the right side with a smaller 265 cc low plus profile implant and a lift alone with a larger 330 cc moderate profile on the left. She had much improved symmetry and confidence after the procedure.
