Procedure: subglandular gummy bear implants
Description: The patient desired breast augmentation. She is active with body building and we chose to place the implant above the muscle (subglandular). The risks of capsular contracture and implant edge visibility were minimized by choosing a gummy bear highly cohesive implant. These are Sientra 370 cc tear drop shaped implants placed through a crease scar. These are very early results (2 weeks) and there is a little bruising on the lower breast still visible.
