Description: 58 year old female who had breast augmentation in 1989. She had cosmetic concerns and concerns about the possibility of implant rupture. We performed removal of ruptured 340 cc silicone implants, capsulectomy, replacement of new implants and a lift. For implants we chose Sientra 415 cc moderate plus profile.
