Description: Before and 7 months after submuscular breast augmentation with textured round Natrelle Inspira implants. Style SRF 385 cc on the right and SRX 445 on the left. The implants were significantly different in size and dimension as she had a significant chest wall asymmetry with more projection on the right than the left. This is difficult to see in the photos but was quite noticeable and palpable on exam. She reports she went from an A cup to a DD cup.
