Procedure: Breast Fat Transfer
Description: 39 year old female who had breast augmentation and tummy tuck elsewhere. She developed capsular contracture and has felt her breasts were too large. We did implant and capsule removal with liposuction of the abdomen, upper hips, and arms and fat transfer to the breasts. We removed 1800 cc fat of which 300 cc was transferred to each breast. The photos are at 3 weeks after surgery.
