Procedure: Breast asymmetry correction. Breast augmentation, breast lift
Description: The patient has always have severe breast asymmetry. The left was much larger and droopier requiring a breast lift with a small anchor scar pattern on this side. Some of the heavy lower breast tissue on the left was removed as well to allow a larger implant to be placed. This allowed implants of nearly the same volume to be chosen. The implants were smooth round saline implants filled to 375 cc on the right and 350 cc on the left. She is now one year postop and reports her breast size went from a B cup to a D cup and is happy with the improved symmetry.
