Description: 38 year old female before and 3 months after breast augmentation. She is 5’1”/ 110 lbs. We chose Sientra tear drop shaped 425 cc round base high projection implants in the subglandular position. She was marginal for needing a breast lift but with shaped implants in the subglandular position did nicely without a formal breast lift. She reports she went from a B to a D cup.
