Description: 61 year old female who had breast augmentation 28 years ago. She had submuscular silicone 300 cc implants and had developed capsular contracture and uncomfortably high implants. Surgery required capsulectomy (removal of the old capsule), lower muscle release and replacement of new 325 cc silicone implants in an improved position shown one year after surgery.
