Description: This patient had a breast reduction in 2009 in Texas. She was left with unsatisfactory symmetry of nipple position and breast volume. To assist with symmetry we performed left sided surgery only with reduction of volume and nipple repositioning. Whereas elevation of the nipple often requires a scar below the nipple, lowering the nipple can at times require a scar above the nipple, demonstrated in this example.
