36-year-old female. Breast augmentation revision with elevation of the implant pockets, removal of older generation style 15 Allergan implant which was rippling, and replacement of more cohesive implant style. In this case, I chose 440 cc Sientra HSC+ HP implants. She also had mastopexy and a full tummy tuck. The photos are deceiving and she obviously had enough skin excess to accomplish a full tummy tuck.
