39 year old patient who desired larger breasts but had a fair amount of ptosis (droop). She was told that she would benefit from a lift but she was not inclined to add the scars of a lift and felt the droop would be acceptable to her. At this point, shown a year after surgery, she is happy with her decision of forgoing the lift. She does believe she will likely desire a lift in the future. Her implants are Sientra 420 cc Xtra High Profile.
