Description: Before and one year after mommy makeover including breast augmentation and full abdominoplasty with upper hip liposuction. She was told by a respected plastic surgeon that to get a proper result with the tummy tuck it would require a vertical scar through the entire center of the abdomen. She was delighted when we told her in our opinion it would be unnecessary. The implants are subglandular Mentor 295 cc tear drop style MM+ silicone implants.
