Description: before and one year after breast augmentation. She had a very narrow, pointy breast shape with very little development of the lower half of the breast. This makes for a difficult breast augmentation procedure requiring significant release and expansion of the lower pole of the breast to prevent a double bubble or very highly positioned implant. We chose Sientra 385 cc high profile textured round silicone implants placed below the muscle after signifiant release of the constricting tissue above the muscle.
