31-year-old patient 6 months after breast augmentation with subfascial Motiva 360 cc ERSM (Ergonomix, mini profile) implants. This is on the larger side of implants for what Dr. Yates would consider in the subfascial position, but she has good and supportive skin and tissue and needed width and height more than projection. A demi or full profile would likely not have supported as well, and she is thrilled with the selection
