35-year-old patient, 1 year after a mommy makeover consisting of 510 cc extra-high-profile Sientra implants, a breast lift, and a full tummy tuck.   The tummy tuck included a vertical fleur-de-lis scar to remove horizontal skin and maximize stretch mark removal.
