Description: Before and one year after breast augmentation with subglandular Sientra tear drop shaped 425 cc high profile implants. She was borderline for a lift and the subglandular tear drop shaped implants did a nice job of supporting the lower pole of the breast and improving nipple position. She reports she went from a B cup to a D cup.
