Procedure:
Description: This patient presented with a very tight, constricted lower pole to the breast. She was at risk of a “double bubble” deformity with significant lowering of the breast crease but at risk of a very high riding implant otherwise with a standard round implant. We chose a 480 cc oval base high profile shaped Sientra implant to fill her breast width but minimize the height of the implant resulting in a balanced implant position. She is shown 3 months after surgery and reports that she went from an A cup to a D cup.
