Description: before and 3 month after breast augmentation with Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile silicone implants, 300 cc right and 325 cc left. The inframammary fold was lowered 5 mm on the left for improved implant positioning and symmetry. She reports she went from a B cup to a D cup.
