Description: before and 3 months after breast augmentation. She had more volume and chest wall projection on her left side. We used Sientra textured round silicone implants. She had more volume and chest wall projection on her left side, to improve symmetry we chose 385 cc high profile on the right and 355 cc moderate profile on the left. She reports she went from a B cup to a DD cup.
