Description: 42 year old female who had saline implant 15 years ago who developed implant malposition, rippling, and capsular contracture. She is shown before and one year after breast augmentation revision consisting of capsulectomy, implant pocket modification, removal of 400 cc saline implants and replacement with 495 cc silicone implants.
