Description: before and one year after breast augmentation. She has slightly wide spaced breasts and a laterally tilted chest wall. This breast and chest wall type generally results is a “wide” result and with time the implants can slip far to the side. A textured implant is important to stabilize the implant position. We chose submuscular Sientra textured round high profile 385 cc implants. She went from an A cup to a C/D cup.
