An Accurately Written Customer Review I am, by far, one of the most investigative individuals when I am looking to find the best doctors to work with me. Whether it be an Internist, Dentist, OBGYN, whatever the title, I look for and expect dedicated, knowledgeable, and skilled professionals that have ethics just as outstanding. Dr. York Yates has and continues to be by far the most exceptional doctor that I have ever worked with . He has an emphatic ear and he really listened to what it was that I had to say. He was able to hear what my concerns and needs were and then he pulled together all the pieces by using his skill and expertise and the outcome was perfection. I have had two procedures by Dr. Yates and what I have experienced is first rate, top quality work with the aesthetic beauty that I only dreamed of. Dr. Yates staff was, as well, skilled and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. From the first time I was there I was seen promptly and treated with care. The extra amount of time that they spend with me answering my questions reassured me that I was in good hands. I have now had my sister go see Dr. Yates and she too is extremely pleased with every detail of her experience. We both can attest that when you experience Dr. Yates and his staff you experience the best. I recently came in for a breast augmentation surgery and I am absolutely in love with the entire experience. I am not from Utah but the entire staff made me feel comfortable and happy with my decision from start to finish. The staff was able to adjust my appointments to my schedule and always sent me reminders of them. Dr. Yates was able to answer all of my questions and was very easy to talk to about the process. He was very honest on what would look nice with my body type and didn’t rush me when we made the final decision. Dr. Yates and his staff are amazing and I would recommend them. The results are amazing and exactly what I expected.

I had an abdominoplasty done by Dr. Yates on 6/26/14. I live in Houston so I communicated with Sandy, his patient coordinator. She set the bar high as she was quick to communicate, very helpful with information, and easy to talk to. I am from Washington but travel from state to state for my job and had several in person consultations from Washington to California to Oklahoma & Texas before my research brought me to Dr. Yates in Utah. His website is user friendly, he posts the range of prices for his procedures, he has before & after pictures, as well as information for the person seeking facts. I set my appointment several times before I finally got my time off approved, Sandy was very patient with me as well as encouraging. I had my consult with Dr. Yates on the 25th. He was matter of fact, intuitive, and answered my barrage of questions. The thing I appreciated the most was that he was very upfront with me and wanted to know what my expectations were. I have my name tattooed across my stomach and he was able to make it look better than it did before while I was told in other consultations that it didn’t matter or would be distorted. The nurses and anesthesiologist were the best in the business (I have had 5 C-sections). The last thing I remember is Lindsay smiling at me with her beautiful blue eyes and the anesthesiologist singing. My recovery has been quick and painless. I still have the drain tubes in but it is part of the process. The thing that sets Dr. Yates apart from the 5 or 6 other places I went is that he talked to me on a level that I understood and felt comfortable & confident with, the communication is on point, the Dr.’s office is nice, the staff is amazing, and Dr. Yates took the time like I was the only patient in the world. He is creative, knowledgeable, experienced, passionate and good looking!!!! Thank you Dr. Yates! I look forward to seeing you in a month for my next procedure!

Dr. Yates is wonderfully warm and puts you at ease with his expertise and concern for your specific needs. I would highly reccommend him, as would my three daughters who have gone to him.

Overall, I had a wonderful consultation with Dr. Yates. He was kind, thorough in his exam and made me feel comfortable. Time spent deciding size with the try-on sizers could have been a bit longer. I felt a little rushed and came home not even remembering the sizes I tried on and which size I liked the most. The 3D image was the most amazing tool for prospective patients. Dr Yates’ professional opinion lined up with what we both thought would look good for my frame. I did not feel I was being sold on why he would be a great choice. I liked his confidence and felt he and his staff were very knowledgeable. Besides the already great reviews and ratings I’d read online, the 3D image really helped me feel confident in my choice of Dr. Yates and his staff. I can not wait for my upcoming preop appointments and surgery.
