A few months ago, I had an ultrasound and found out I had a ruptured silicone implant. They were less than 8 years old, so I was very surprised and, of course, worried. I live in Southern California so I researched surgeons in my area. I couldn’t even get a CONSULTATION until October! ! Realizing it was almost time for summer break, I decided to search near our family’s vacation home. When I began researching surgeons in the SLC area Dr. Yates’s name popped up multiple times. I texted his office and Stephanie got back to me right away. Knowing that my situation was somewhat urgent, she was able to fit me in about a month down the road. Needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled and booked my surgery. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m in my mid 50s, so I didn’t want to have to remove another set of implants down the road. Dr. Yates did an incredible job fat grafting my own far into my breasts. It’s been 4 1/2 weeks, so I know I still have healing to do, but I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Yates and his staff are highly skilled and incredible at their jobs. After reading reviews, then experiencing it for myself, I can honestly say he’s the best. I tell everyone about him and his office. He’s a cut above the rest!

I met with Dr. Yates for a Breast Aug Revision after 10 yrs. Walking into his office felt really beautiful and comforting. The front desk attendant was very sweet and made me feel at home quickly. His nurse that met with me before was kind and it almost felt like Id known her forever. Meeting Dr. Yates was even better. Update*** My first review was very early (but I was just super excited) so I wanted to give an update now that time has passed. Everything is still perfect. My incisions have healed without any issues. The implants have settled so nicely as well. Still very happy with my results and I am almost 7 weeks post op. I had a UTM Breast Augmentation done by Dr.Yates. I am only 4 days post op but I can already tell everything is going to look perfect. I know at first they are supposed to look a little funny but they look great even now. My recovery has been way less painful than I could have imagined. I would only call it discomfort. He is perfect if you are wanting a more natural look. His surgery technique has definitely led to a more rapid recovery and I couldn’t be happier.
