When I decided I was going to get the mommy makeover I knew exactly who I was going to. My friend did her research and went to York Yates for her breast agumentation. He did such a great job on her and she spoke very highly of him. I was so impressed by Dr York Yates and his staff. Dr. Yates and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable. I had reservations about getting plastic surgery but when I called and talked to Lindsay, she was so nice, patient and answered all of my questions prior to my consultation. From the moment I walked into Dr. Yates office I felt like it was the place for me! The girls at the front desk are welcoming and friendly. Audrey the nurse, helped me to feel comfortable with sizing, pre-op and post-op instructions and was with me on the day of surgery too. This definitely helped me to have continuity of care. Dr. Yates is without a doubt the best plastic surgeon there is!!! He is an artist who likes to help people feel beautiful. Dr. Yates is very professional and has a great bedside manner. He answered all of my questions and calmed my fears about having surgery. I felt like he really listened to me and gave me the outcome I wanted. From beginning to end Dr. Yates and his staff made everything run smoothly. I would highly recommend Dr. Yates to any of my family members or friends who are looking for a fantastic plastic surgeon.
