I went to Dr. Yates for a breast lift and augmentation as well as a tummy tuck. He was very professional and answered all of my questions as well as my husband’s questions. His staff was very friendly and helped calm my fears on the day of surgery. I couldn’t have dreamt of better results! He was a true artist! The results were minimal and Dr. Yates was able to help me chose the breast size and shape that worked well with my body type. However, he treated me and my husband with the utmost respect and did not push anything on me.

Dr. Yates is a true artist. Selected the gummy bear natural tear drop for my augmentation and they are perfect. Symmetry, drop and size look beautiful. I’m so happy and would highly recommend using Dr. Yates for any of your cosmetic surgery needs.

At age 50 I was having problems with certain parts of my body where I could just not lose the fat. Being a marfan as well does not help. As I am a heart patient, having any invasive surgery can be risky. Not to mention quite a bit more monitored. I opted to go for “coolsculpting”. having read about the procedure and the expected results on line. There would be no cutting or anesthesia needed. And as I was not seeing results in those specific areas with normal diet and exercise. I decided to try it. The areas needed to be worked on were my lower chest (around the nipples), and my belly. Which had been greatly extended because of 7 previous hernia surgeries. Lindsey was extremely helpful in making me as comfortable as possible , and informed me of what to expect during the procedure. And I was easily ready for this. The amount of pain was quite tolerable for me in all 3 instances (Though I must admit I have a very high tolerance for pain from many years of athletic conditioning.). First being my belly. a few months later being my chest. and then finally a few months later for a second attempt at my belly.( As I had mentioned. This are was greatly over extended.) I am very confident with the results as I am able to wear my pants “normally” (because of the previous bulge of the belly , I had to wear my pants “too high up” to keep them from slipping off. My chest also looks significantly better as I no longer look like I have breast tissue in the region of my lower chest. people have commented that I “look better” though the changes were so slow and subtle that they just assumed it was through diet and exercise. And only a tiny handful of friends know the truth about it. I am very pleased with the results, and though I might consider a third round of treatment on my belly. At this point I am going to wait and see till ALL results are in. –

I am ecstatic about the results on my “mini tummy tuck” abdominalplasty… My stomach looks better now than when I was 20 years old!!! I search for over a year to find the right plastic surgeon that could create near flawless results. I am a practitioner myself and I spoke with many of my friends in order to narrow it down to a couple surgeons. Once I narrowed it down I saw actual previous patients of Dr. York Yates and it was easy to make the decision in selecting him. He truly cared and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end results. I couldn’t be more happy and I have recommended him to all that have ask.
