This has been the most amazing experience I’ve ever had with a surgeon. Dr. Yates is the kindest and most comforting person I’ve been around. Especially in the medical field. I was pretty positive my body wasn’t happy with my implants (done from a different surgeon) for 6 years I had weird reactions and horrible pain. As dramatic as it sounds some days I felt I was on my death bed. I couldn’t leave my bed with horrible pain, headaches, and the list goes on. I did a lot of research on who I wanted to go to for an explant, lift, and fat transfer. I am going on 4 weeks almost and am so completely happy with the way I look. I actually want to cry with how much better I feel. I was not expecting to look this good either! He’s actually an artist. Recovery was beyond the easiest I’ve ever had. Everything he and his staff did I truly believe is what led to an amazing recovery. I even felt good enough to just take Tylenol and not pain medication. I can’t recommend him enough. I can’t even explain how thankful I am to have my life back Dr. Yates. His staff is very friendly as well. The anesthesiologist was awesome!March 5, 2021
I had a wonderful experience with Dr Yates and his staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. His staff was extremely helpful when I needed guidance. Dr Yates took the time to help me when I really struggled with picking a size and when I expressed what look I was trying to achieve he helped me stay true to my desired natural look for my breast augmentation. Recovery was a breeze from day 1 and I tell everyone that it’s because I had an amazing surgeon!! I am grateful for his knowledge and skills and for being so direct. Aside from his outstanding professionalism, respect, knowledge, and wisdom, this surgeon knows exactly how to achieve your desired looks without being pushy for something you may not really want. He makes sure you have all of the information you need to make the best educated decision yourself. My surgery was over a year ago and I have not had any concerns or complications. He, including his staff, are all wonderful to communicate with and you never feel like you have to wait days for a response. All of the staff were amazing to work with and I would recommend this practice to anyone wanting to enhance their looks according to your personal vision.February 18, 2021

The staff was extremely kind and professional. This was my first cosmetic surgery, so I had some general concerns but they made the process more than easy. Dr Yates was attentive and available for all of my questions leading up to the surgery and even after. And I had a lot of questions. He listened to what I described and the look that I was going for. One thing, I especially appreciated was his ability to translate my wishes into realistic outcomes in the pre-op appointment. I am 5'3" and 150 lb and he made sure they weren't too large so that my body would be balanced. I am EXTREMELY happy with the results and wish I had done this for myself sooner. I went with 415 cc silicone unders (high profile). They've dropped and fluffed so naturally and filled in where my breasts were deflated due to weight loss - and it's only been less than two months. I'm can't express my gratitude enough towards Dr Yates and his staff. If I choose to get any other cosmetic surgeries in the future, I will definitely be back.January 28, 2021
