My procedure was breast implant removal. I had a consult with Dr. Yates to remove and replace my implants with smaller implants. I am a very small frame and felt that the implants (I was a 34 B/C) were bigger than what I wanted. I wear an extra small blouse, but it was always too tight across the front, especially with buttons. A small blouse hangs largely off of my shoulders. I just always felt somewhat matronly. Dr. Yates spent a LOT of time determining and interpreting what it was I really wanted. He told me my implants were small and by replacing them with smaller implants might not make me happy as the smallest ones were not really that much smaller than what I had. He felt that total removal would probably be what I wanted. I had really never even considered this alternative. He explained that through the years my breasts would have developed some fat…I would NOT be flat (in my previous pre-implant life I was a 34AA, almost a AAA), and that it might be exactly the answer that I was looking for. He was EXACTLY right. I had the surgery and it was a breeze. I had no pain or soreness and never needed in pain medication or even ibuprofen. Couldn’t be happier! I am now a 34 A/B. Exactly what I wanted. Extra small clothes fit perfectly! I could not be HAPPIER with Dr. Yates! He spent all the time I needed to help me make the decision. HE LISTENS!!! He is a perfectionist. He is extremely professional. He could have just said okay to my request to the smaller implants, charged me much more, and be done with it. I would have not been nearly as happy with the result, and he knew this, mainly because he was really LISTENING to me. I would happily recommend him for anyone looking for any procedure. His staff from the time you walk in the door is top-notch. The wait time is VERY minimal. Everyone is extremely organized and of course most professional. Thank you Dr. Yates and Staff!

I had a breast lift with augmentation and an extended tummy tuck. I am now 12 weeks post-op and I am super satisfied with my results. Dr. Yates and his staff treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable in their care. I will go back to them if I desire more plastic surgery. They are most definitely the best there is.

I am 3 weeks post-op from my Mommy Makeover. Tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lipo. I am beyond happy with my results so far. I would Highly recommend Dr. Yates. He was able to show me on the computer an idea of the results on my real body. He did an excellent job my tummy tuck scar is symmetrical and very light at only 3 weeks out. I love my new body!

Researched the procedure I wanted (abdominal liposuction) and thought about it for over a year. Finally decided to have it done and picked Dr Yates’ office because of his straight forward approach and honest opinion on all the new fads in liposuction. The procedure was done in their in-house surgical suite close to home and went very well. I received clear post-procedure instructions and the staff is readily available for any questions. They were all very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am now about 3 months post-procedure and am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Dr Yates.

Dr. Yates spend a good amount of time with me on my first appointment with him,what is much appreciated, he understood what I wanted to be done, I think better then me. He has a a great, experienced team who were really nice to me since day one. Surgery itself was really quick and less traumatic then my previous ones,meaning that I was able to live the hospital with the clear mind, and start doing things around the house within three days. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yates. P.S. Some of my girlfriends who had breast augmentation done with other doctors are already planning to redo it with Dr. Yates, based on my results.
