Great staff; peaceful, clean facility; Dr. Yates is so nice, knowledgeable, attentive, and did a great job on both procedures. Pain and downtime was not bad and exactly as I was told it would be. Great results and I feel so much better about myself. 🙂 I will definitely come back in the future for other work!

I would 1000% recommend Dr. Yates to anyone. And coming from me that’s a big deal. I have not had great experiences with Dr’s. I came to him with a possible ruptured implant that was only 1 1/2 old. He looked over the previous surgical notes and explained a bunch of things the previous Dr. failed to even tell me had happened and gave me my options in language that I understood. There was a lot wrong with that previous surgery, but too much to write here. The ultrasound we did that day did not show a rupture, and he even said he didn’t know what he could do to fix what the previous Dr. had done because he had to actually go in to see the extent of the potential damage that was caused. But he laid out a couple options, explained the worst case and best case scenarios, and let me make my decision. Needless to say, I opted to have the procedure done, place the correct size new implants, and crossed my fingers for the best outcome. And that’s EXACTLY what I got. The old implant was in fact ruptured, Dr. Yates was able to correct the wrong doings of the previous Dr. and I had almost no pain from the surgery. I’m beyond thrilled with my results and very glad I decided to move forward. But here’s the best part for me. Dr. Yates was kind and spoke to me in a way that did not make me feel stupid for my concerns and he explained everything to me in a way that I understood. His entire staff is amazing, from his secretary to his nurses and anesthesiologist. And he has an app that makes all paperwork and communications a breeze. I’ve already recommended him to a couple of my friends both in Utah and out of state to have him do the procedures they are considering. 1000% Dr. Yates will be my go to for anyone wanting a recommendation. Sorry for the book. I’m just really happy with the whole experience. 😉

Dr. York Yates is an excellent surgeon and a very positive, upbeat, caring doctor to work with! I am 63 years old and had silicone implants that were placed above the muscle 37 years ago that needed to come out! They both had terrible capsular contraction and my latest mammogram showed that both were ruptured! I went to consultations with 3 different surgeons and Dr Yates made me feel the most comfortable by far! He showed me that he really cared, understood my fears and concerns and was confident that he would be able to do what was needed to give me the safest and best possible outcome! I had to put my complete trust in his judgement because neither of us knew exactly what he would face once he got in there to do the surgery. All decisions about whether he would even be able to put new implants back in and if he could, whether they would be placed under the muscle or over the muscle and what type and size of implant would be used, would need to be in-surgery decisions. I was nervous but he came into surgery with a smile on his face, and such a positive attitude and the words "Today is going to be a great day for surgery" and I knew I was in good hands! I am now three weeks out from surgery and I am absolutely thrilled with my results! My recovery has been quick and I never even needed narcotics! I was fine with over the counter Tylenol! I have to give a shout out to Dr Yates' awesome staff and the anesthesiologist he works with as well! Everyone was so great! Lindsay, the patient coordinator went above and beyond to help me with FMLA. I just can't say enough good about this whole experience! Thanks one and all!
