I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. York Yates and my experience with my Preserve breast augmentation with mastopexy! From start to finish, the entire process was so easy and comfortable. The staff was amazing and very responsive to all my questions. One of my favorite parts of the process was the pre-op digital imaging Dr. Yates provides. Being able to actually see what my potential results could look like made such a huge difference for me. I remember feeling SO emotional when he pulled up the images. I was overwhelmed with relief and excitement- I literally cried happy tears seeing the possibilities. After years of wondering what I could look like, seeing that image gave me so much confidence and reassurance going into surgery. The surgery and recovery were honestly SO much easier than I expected. I woke up feeling like I had just taken the best nap ever, with no pain at all. Any discomfort I experienced during recovery was easily managed with over the counter medication. I was genuinely surprised by how smooth and easy the recovery was! I’m now 6 weeks post-op and feel completely back to normal. Most importantly, I absolutely LOVE my results! Dr. Yates gave me the look I was hoping for, and the boost in confidence has been incredible. I feel so much more comfortable and confident in my body.

Dr. York Yates is amazing! I had an implant replacement with a reduction sizing, and the results exceeded my expectations. Dr. Yates is extremely knowledgeable, and I am so glad I trusted his guidance on my sizing. The staff was super attentive and made me feel so comfortable. On top of that, the facilities are beautiful and very thoughtfully designed - they even have a private area with refreshments for my mom while she waited for me on surgery day! It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I’m so grateful to Dr. Yates and his staff!

I joined the Army at 17 and when you go through that training, you drop body fat like mad! In 8 weeks I was down to 3% and guess what? My breasts were gone! I went from a C+/D to a flat A. Talk about shocking. A woman is a woman no matter her best size but once you grow into your adult body, your breasts are an unpretentious part of your overall image. Now, 30 years later and on the downhill side of menopause, after life and babies, they still hadn't returned. It takes a toll on a woman when her body changes so drastically that she doesn't recognize herself. That toll is largely self-esteem and depression. I had wanted the corrective surgery to restore my body for 30 years but hadn't found a surgeon I could have enough confidence in to risk an elective surgery (especially since I have a genetic bleeding disorder). I moved to Utah 5 years ago and started researching doctors here. Website before/afters, client reviews, and even the medical board records. Dr. Yates has a stellar record in his field and his results (before/after) had the mark of an artist. My grandmother was a breast cancer survivor so I learned through her about reconstructive surgery that looked and felt as close to natural as possible. Many plastic surgeons churn out cheap looking conveyor belt breast augmentations and Dr. Yates does NOT do that. During my initial consult, he made clear that he also had very high personal standards for his profession which I appreciate even more. Integrity is priceless! He and his staff explained everything, in great detail, and spent a lot of time answering my endless nervous questions. They made sure I was informed and comfortable throughout this process and I have no doubt they will continue to do so for the rest of my check-ins this year. I was also greatly impressed with Glen, my anesthesiologist! I've never known any medical professional that can set a line without me feeling it! He needs to train others because it seemed like magic! Thank you so much to Dr. Yates, Glen and his entire team!! You've given back to me a part of myself I never thought I would see again! Dr. Yates is an exceptional surgeon! I sought his care after a 22-year-old implant ruptured, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. He is kind, highly knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to listen without recommending unnecessary procedures. I initially thought I needed a tummy tuck, but he determined that liposuction would be sufficient. I’m beyond thrilled with the outcome and the entire experience! Thank you Dr. Yates and staff!

Highly recommend. Dr. Yates took the time to explain concepts with patience and professionalism. When I was unsure what procedure to go with, the assistants were conversational in regards to what I wanted and helped me decide in a down-to-earth way.

Dr. Yates and his staff are fantastic. Since I live in a rural town in southern Utah, they made the pre/post visits easy. From the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to Dr. Yates, I was treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Yates repaired 20-year-old ruptured implants (from a different surgical practice). Both breasts now sit where they should. The APP is easy to use and Dr. Yates even responded on a Saturday. That was completely unexpected and much appreciated.

So happy with the results! Dr. York Yates is a very talented surgeon with a great team. I recommend them to everyone.
