Dysport® is an medication similar to Botox® for the treatment of lines and wrinkles on the face. From July 15 through September 30, 2011 the makers of Dysport®are offering up to $100 in rebates for treatment with Dysport®.
There are two separate offers; The first is an extension of the previous summer special offering a $50 rebate simply for having the treatment performed within these dates.
The second $50 rebate is their “think outside the Bo**x” rebate. Patients who have had Botox® 3-12 months before this Dysport® treatment are eligible.
